A complete waste of money. I paid $23 for a campaign that lasted 3 days, and got almost no useful results. Very complicated to use. The amounts they tell you may look like the total spending for the time period. It's not it's each day. They were charging me $6 a day to advertise a car for sale. That's the equivalent of $180 per month. A ridiculous amount of money for a car ad. Total rip-off. Stay away.

My balance is still enough for the budget, but they ask me to add more funds. But when I added more funds, the balance still didn't change at all right away, it takes sometimes to wait until the balance adds up, so I can run the ad. But I think it's just a waste of time just to run an ad. Can Meta make it more simple and faster way so I can run the ad right after I add more funds?

Very poor customer support. My ads have stopped working due to payment failure (even though I have three payment modes in the account). I contacted support to fix the issue, but they were unhelpful. They called me to inform me that they would escalate the issue, and since then it has been four days with no resolution. My ads are still stopped, and this has negatively affected my business. Very bad, poor, and unreliable customer support.
