It just stays soo bad and over simple dumb things. You can click the "schedule" button but it just brings you to a posting layout so if you don't click schedule AGAIN it won't be scheduled to post later. The schedule part is also somewhat hidden on the screen so if you don't scroll back up you will miss it, wwhhyy would it start you off just below this part even though that's how you started the whole processe?! Great question. Multiple things like this that make you wonder WHY?!

The Meta Business Suite app is unreliable for managing ads. Every time I try to boost Instagram media or view ad results, it shows an "unexpected error occurred" message. I've tested different networks, cleared cache, reinstalled the app—nothing fixes it. This points to serious issues with API stability and error handling. For a company of Meta’s size, this lack of mobile reliability in core ad functions is unacceptable.

the app is very buggy. I made a boosted post but unsure if it's going to IG even though I connected the accounts. it still asks if I want to connect them then says it's already connected. won't let me tick "also post to IG". then I wanted an ad to increase page likes but that bugs out as well but now I think I've started two or three ads? but I have no idea of the cost or anything? just says "error retry" when I look. this really hasn't been a good experience of launching a business.
